the more you give the more they will pile on without compensation. raises only given to people who don't do much at all. they don't care at all about the employee they just want to automate everything.

ZOTEC is not a fair company to work for and continiously works to fire

Cons of working at Zotec Partners

System failures and recently sued by denials of software problems. Exposes employees performance indicators to others while cherry picking some to be fired while others given many chances which appear to be racism and nepotism.
