You will perform all tasks associated with our grain & agronomy locations by installing, adjusting and maintaining all mechanical equipment & operations. Additionally, work alongside our millwright crew to perform general and preventive maintenance on our machines & facilities. Responsibilities
Under general supervision, maintain machinery, equipment, facilities or vehicles as needed and as efficiently and timely as possible.
Repair and perform preventative maintenance to ensure the most efficient operation.
Identify and diagnosis problems on equipment and continually monitor equipment while initiating appropriate repair processes.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Inspect parts, replacements, alignment, balancing, installation and refurbishment on a wide variety of equipment.
Coordinate with the supervisor on tasks ranging from simple part replacement, advanced troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance interventions ensuring that equipment is properly configured and/or set up.
Install, maintain, rebuild, replace parts, equipment and machinery and troubleshoot maintenance problems.
Perform maintenance planning and scheduling activities to assign equipment work orders.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or directed.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
1+ years of experience in Production, Operations, and/or Maintenance
Additional Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience troubleshooting issues, identifying and completing appropriate repairs, and implementing measures to prevent reoccurring maintenance problems
Working knowledge of the operations, control, and functions of equipment and machinery
Ability to be on-call 24/7
Ability to work extended hours as needed

The Position- The City Council is seeking an experienced and energetic municipal leader with a proven track record, to lead the City of Yuma. The City Manager will be a visible and engaging leader in the community.
The City Manager works under the general guidance of the Mayor and City Council and is responsible for day-to-day administration and operations of all city departments with the exception of the City Clerk/Treasurer, Chief of Police and the City Attorney. This position is responsible for ensuring that all areas operate according to applicable laws, ordinances, sound work flows, efficient processes, appropriate fiscal controls and within budget.
The City Manager provides leadership and direction to staff, and performs professional level duties associated with personnel management, finance and budgeting, strategic planning, grant writing, community outreach and enrichment, engineering, city planning, public works, facilities maintenance, legislative action, parks & recreation, library services, emergency services, animal shelter management, information technology, and airport operations.
The City Manager keeps the City Council advised of the financial condition of the City, and is responsible for the annual budget proposal. * Applicants with experience as a city/county manager, deputy city/county manager/ or department head will be given strong consideration.
* Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Colorado Class "C" Driver's license.

The city has applied for a $25 million RAISE Grant to help address these needs. Securing additional funding and developing a long-term street improvement plan will be a priority.
4. Yuma Municipal Airport Expansion - The airport needs a longer runway and an on-site mechanic to attract more aircraft and increase airport usage. Securing funding and planning improvements will be essential for economic development.
5. Ambulance Service Funding & Sustainability - A recent meeting with county and city leaders highlighted concerns about funding and sustaining emergency medical services.
6. Placemaking & Economic Development - The City has been investing in community park spaces, but more needs to be done to attract businesses and residents.
Benefits & Compensation- Salary Range: $130,000-$185,000- depending on qualifications.

BT Position Summary:
The Behavior Technician (BT) will use evidence-based protocols and positive reinforcement to teach or increase language and communication skills, promote play and social skills, encourage daily living activities, and develop pre-academic skills in the home, community, and/or school setting. You will directly contribute to our client's success stories by providing them with the necessary skills to be successful!
RBT Duties/Responsibilities:
Implement one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs to children in a home, school or other environments as needed
Observe and collect data on the child's behavior
Teach child the specific behavior skills called for in the treatment plan
Attend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundaries
RBT Requirements:
