Responsibilities
The Opportunity:
General inventory control
Check-in equipment - liaising with RASC and sales to ensure contracts are in place
Run a loader or skid steer to load and unload as/when needed (we will certify if not already done)
Perform inspections for RBA listings (Chilliwack, Edmonton or GP)
Identify, check-in, and advise inspection services for online channel assets
Run loadout and check-out equipment. Consistently communicating with the Chilliwack site.
Yard maintenance/general upkeep of RBA assets
Schedule and work with local mechanics and contractors
Boost equipment
Other tasks as needed
Interact with local consignors in the field on a case-by-case basis (advertising photos, predelivery inspections, etc)
Ability to work alone safely.

Experience operating heavy machinery
Able to operate a large 36,000 lbs forklift is an asset

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for site visits and client retention

* Leads cross-functional collaboration with Planning and Fleet operations by communicating plans to teams to ensure all company initiatives are met and ensuring frequent interactions to understand business processes and sharing of best practices
* Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training
