Weekends. Vacation. Holidays. Love not being there
Benefits... No management accountability, blame and shame culture, unrealistic expectations. Inexperienced and insecure managers.
Co-workers. So many good people.
I loved the work and running the different machines .
Management is horrible. Like one of the supervisors at one time said, Y-Tex will step over a dollar to save a dime! Cheap cheap! And they don't treat their employees good at all!!!!
