Summary
CHS is looking for a Seasonal Driver to join our team in Magnolia! Our busy season runs from March- June, and our seasonal drivers will be focused on delivering fertilizer to spreaders and farmer customers in the area. Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely pick up/deliveries to our customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Assist with or load or unload, as needed.
Provide excellent customer service. Treat customers professionally; greet customers promptly and courteously. Promptly handle all customer concerns and elevate to leadership if required.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. To include but not limited to pre-trip and post-trip reporting, proper load securement and hours of service.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicle(s) inside and out, and work environment.
Complete and document daily maintenance inspections. Ensure proper equipment maintenance is completed including repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, training, personal protective equipment procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Report all incidents (bodily or property), accidents, and traffic violations to immediately to supervisor.
Enroll in and complete mandatory CHS random drug and alcohol testing program and the Continuous Monitoring Program.
Assist operational staff and perform other duties as needed or assigned. May include intercompany related driving.

Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.

Position Overview: The General Manager is responsible for the culture and overall leadership and direction of the store. Required:

Many PCAs have the basic knowledge and experience to become a CNA quickly through testing out the written and skills tests needed for their CNA certification.
We will provide the CNA Handbook & Skills Handbook needed to study before testing out.
We will provide a Q&A with our team to ask any questions before testing out.
We will pay for the CNA test upfront once the test is passed.
Newly certified CNAs will be able to start immediately facility.
Track 2: WORK WHILE YOU LEARN
The Facility will assist PCAs with signing up and paying for a local CNA course. While taking the course, PCAs will be able to work in a CNA role for up to FOUR months while they finish the course and test out.
This option allows PCAs to take the traditional course while making money.

We currently have an opening for a General Labor - Service at its John Deere Dealership located in Sibley, Iowa. This position supports the Service Department to provide extraordinary customer service on new and used ag equipment. General Labor employees assist with the general maintenance and operation of the department and may assist with a variety of duties as assigned and directed by store management.
Essential
Duties:
Assists the Service Manager and technicians in the efficient operation of the department
Cleans, organizes and maintains the condition of shop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
Assists service technicians as needed, including delivering parts and moving equipment/parts
Assists service technicians in repairing and servicing agricultural and outdoor power equipment
Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
Follows all safety rules and regulations, assists with safety inspections and maintaining a safe working environment
Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments and assists service technicians in preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation
Loads and unloads parts and equipment
Maintains a professional appearance
Must show up to work on time and meet scheduling expectations
Assists, communicates and works with customers in safely loading, unloading and operating equipment and navigating the store, lot and shop. This may include answering phones as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Ability to operate a forklift
Ability to operate various motor vehicles to pick up, move and deliver parts and equipment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet applications
Ability to operate machines and equipment for maintenance, cleaning and repair of the facility
