This position will serve as the responsible function for all maintenance planning and scheduling of work on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The position has the responsibility of assisting in developing initial programs to implement and conduct training to Maintenance personnel.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Prepare daily work schedules including labor (type and quantity), materials, tools, and work procedures for all repairs, alterations and PM to facilities and equipment to meet work request objectives
Manage and maintain the work flow process
Generate purchase request for non-stocked parts and tools to support the planned jobs
Monitor and analyze maintenance and production department KPIs
Assist in developing and monitoring daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting of scorecard data relevant to maintenance and production performance
Generate work instructions and maintain the database for repetitive and detailed jobs to reduce repair times and increase repair success.
Maintain the online equipment documentation files, convert all paper files to electronic files, and maintain the documentation links within the CMMS system.
Generate and maintain equipment bill of materials (BOM) within the CMMS system, identify critical spare parts, and work with stores to ensure the parts are stocked to the appropriate level.
Through the planning process, work to maximize the working capital of spare parts by eliminating parts that should not be stocked (non-critical/short lead time), ensuring critical parts are stocked, and working to standardize redundant parts.
Be a leader in ES&H efforts on site.
Assist in directing safety efforts in the production process through on-site coordination and reporting.
Follow up on all safety opportunities found upon inspection, take corrective actions.
Other related duties as assigned by management.

Possess the knowledge and ability to train and develop Maintenance Department Personnel on CMMS Software.
