Overview
The Graphic Designer will create visually engaging materials for Wooddale Church and its affiliate ministries. This role will involve collaborating with various ministry teams to produce designs for multiple forms of media.
Responsibilities
• Design creation: Develop visually compelling graphics for church events, announcements and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with our branding and mission.
• Digital media: Create engaging designs for digital platforms, social media, websites and emails to foster community engagement and growth.
• Print materials: Design brochures, signage, advertising, visual branding and other printed materials for both in-church use and community outreach.
• Collaboration: Work with the communications team and other staff to understand design needs and provide creative solutions.
• Brand management: Ensure consistent use of branding guidelines across all materials and platforms.
• Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Feedback Incorporation: Receive and integrate feedback from team members to refine and improve designs.
• Additional duties assigned by the Executive Director of Communications as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as a graphic designer in a creative agency, in-house marketing team or church.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.
• Proficient in using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Handles design direction, feedback and critique professionally.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Custodians will ensure accurate and timely room set ups per room set up diagrams and timing expectations stated on room set up documentation. Custodians will ensure the building's security, safety, and cleanliness while on shift. Custodians will be required to know how to arm or disarm campus security systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or equivalent
Two years of experience as a custodian, or the equivalent in custodial service in other institutions.
Endorse and support the Church Covenant and Statement of Faith.
Evidence and understanding of commitment to New Testament fellowship, discipleship, and evangelism.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in keeping assigned buildings and premises neat, clean, and safe at all times.
Clean facility premises, such as removing trash, vacuuming, sweeping, and scrubbing sinks and counters. Operate all types of power floor machines, scrubbers, wet and dry vacuums, and carpet maintenance machines. Comply with local laws for storage and disposal of trash, rubbish, waste, and flammable liquids. Report any unsafe situations to the Facility Director. Ensure that all sidewalks, stairs, and exits are free of snow and ice during the winter months. In summer months, a more thorough cleaning, including cleaning furniture, walls, fixtures, and windows, will be assigned.
Assist in keeping assigned buildings and premises in good repair.
Report all major and minor repairs to the Facility Manager or Facility Engineer. Maintain assigned work area. Ensure that all exit doors are open and all panic bolts and devices are working properly during the hours of building occupancy including evening activities and events. Refill and make minor repairs and adjustments on dispensing machines. Perform minor repairs such as changing lamps, or adjusting doors.
Other duties.
Help regulate heat and electricity. Close window, doors, turn off unneeded lights, and appliances. Check for proper temperatures on thermostats via the BAS (Building Automated System), and make adjustments as needed. Set up/take down rooms, remove trash, scrub floor, and leave area clean and neat. Disarm and open up the facility in the morning, and secure and arm the building in the evenings. Assist with recycling process, set up for special events. Respond to requests by staff for special assistance in their area.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position involves intermediate working conditions that may exert up to 50 pounds and may consistently require moderate work involving lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects involving room setup/takedown and maintenance tasks. This position may be required to use of several types of ladders. This position may stand for sustained periods of time and/or walk for long distances moving from one work site to another on the church premises.

Nursing Team Roles: Treatment consists of medications, psychotherapy and other strategies. Treatment approaches may include: behavioral activation, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, dialectic behavioral therapy, occupational therapy and recreational therapy. Treatment is individualized to the patient's needs. Electroconvulsive therapy is available, if needed. The care delivery system features an interdisciplinary team approach. A primary nursing model implements nursing care.

Assist in keeping assigned buildings and premises neat, clean, and safe at all times.
Clean facility premises, such as removing trash, vacuuming and sweeping, scrubbing sinks and counters. Operate all types of power floor machines, scrubbers, wet and dry vacuums, and carpet maintenance machines. Report any unsafe situations to the Facility Manager. Ensure that all sidewalks, stairs, and exits are free of snow and ice during the winter months. In summer months, a more thorough cleaning, including cleaning furniture, walls, fixtures, and windows, will be assigned.
Assist in keeping assigned buildings and premises in good repair.
Report all major and minor repairs to the Facility Manager or Facility Engineer. Maintain assigned work area. Refill and make minor repairs and adjustments on dispensing machines.
Accurate and efficient room set up and recovery of space. Custodians must be able to read and follow systems and processes for the Facilities department.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
This position involves intermediate working conditions that may exert up to 50 pounds and may consistently require moderate work involving lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects involving room setup/takedown and maintenance tasks.
