General Manager- Dunkin' Here we grow again! We are rapidly opening new locations and we want you to join our team! We know the key to a well operating store is the General Manager. Our bonus program is structured so that the GM has achievable goals structured around labor hours/ food costs and DT times. The GM is eligible to receive 1% of gross sales as their bonus. Any sales over their budget they receive 10% of sales! It is not uncommon for strong managers to make almost as much in bonus as in salary.
