Manage and drive the aftermarket growth to achieve order/sales volume and profitability for all aftermarket products globally. Responsible for presenting Aftermarket spare parts, replacement pump, repair service, retrofit and/or upgrade opportunities. Develop capture strategies from aftermarket OEM sales, identify and track the installed base to identify areas for growth and maximize the aftermarket entitlement. Support channel partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities to achieve revenue and margin targets. Principal Activities Maximize revenues from the sales of the organization's aftermarket products and/or services through channels and/or vertical markets. Leverage technical expertise in assessing existing equipment and recommending upgrades, maintenance, repair and other services and products to support customer goals. Develop strategy and pricing controls for quotations and service agreements. Establish and drive specific sales plans to implement new products, services and programs. Use the CRM platform to manage the sales process and provide accurate bookings forecasts to management for aftermarket opportunities. Provide other reports as necessary for driving growth, such as profitability, OTD, win rate, etc. Utilize technical knowledge, processes, computerized and non-computerized tools to assess the potential business opportunities of the company's products and resources to meet customer needs. Identify the installed base, understand product life cycle and build proactive a sales plan that achieves business goals.
