Track all defects related to part quality, material, subcontract operations and packaging for analysis. Conduct measurements and fill-out paperwork in support of FAIR submissions. Communicate with management and operators regarding quality problems or elevated risk of defects based on (inspection and) SPC data. Enter data regarding NMR or RMA issues, keep and update respective lists for review. Train or assist new or inexperienced employees in gage techniques as required. Ability to develop and maintain rapport with employees to ensure that projects are completed as smoothly and effectively as possible.
