Maintain, create, and update all network documentations and diagrams. * Support multiple datacenters with a variety of hardware such as switches and routers (Arista and Cisco), Firewalls (ASA, Fortinet, and Palo Alto), SDWAN (Silverpeak), Load Balancers (NGINX and F5) * Support corporate office hardware such as Cisco Switches, Meraki, Firewalls (Fortinet), and Wireless Controllers. * Support voice infrastructure at corporate offices and in the cloud. Troubleshoot routers and SIP trunks to understand where issues are or may occur. * Manage software upgrade yearly initiatives across all locations and hardware types. This includes following upgrade playbooks, scheduling, change management, and execution. * Engage vendor support teams routinely to understand limitations, bugs, and issues. Work with these vendors to find solutions to these issues. * Support manage and maintain all ISP Internet connectivity for the company from multiple carriers with multiple links in multiple locations. * Support, manage and maintain network monitoring system for the firm's global network. This includes network performance monitoring for WAN/LAN links, network nodes, alerting and response, network configuration management and compliance and IP address management. * Responsibility to maintaining our KPIs across all network infrastructure including monitoring HW health, bandwidth, and availability. * Collaboration with teammates in this global team including the Build Engineering teams, Command Center teams, and engineers on the same team. * Provide after hour coverage to respond to network related issues occurring either before or after support hours, on a rotating basis. * When requested, attends IT meetings and scheduled teleconferences. * Other duties and projects as assigned. * Opportunity to embrace the position, exposure to the latest technologies, and growth potential. Requirements: * 3 - 5 years related work experience preferably in a professional corporate environment. * Experience with Arista and Cisco router and switching technology. * Experience with F5 load balancers. * Understand and troubleshoot these protocols: EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, IPSEC, VPN, NAT, 802.1Q, 802.11, LACP, Spanning-tree, UDLD, BPDU, HTTP, HTTPS, DHCP, DNS. * Must possess a thorough understanding of Network Infrastructure and security topology. * Knowledge and/or experience configuring and supporting enterprise firewalls security policies, VPN, IPS/IDS. * Experience with Cisco wireless technology and LAN controllers. Any prior experience Cisco ACS, Radius, TACACS, Prime or ISE. * Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Site24x7), SNMP, Wireshark. * Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills. * Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. * Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. * Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Strong customer service orientation. * Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Experience in these areas are a plus: * Experience with Zscaler including using ZPA and ZIA. * Experience with Genesys Cloud Call Center and Cisco DI Backoffice voice. * Experience or Cloud Networking knowledge. * Ability to conduct research into network issues and products as required. * Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Qualification: * Education: Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent streams. * Cisco certifications in Routing, switching and/or Wireless is an added advantage.
