Pros of working at WestRock

I like the fact that I got along with all my coworkers, especially the ones on the contractor. Communication on our machine was hands down the best in the plant. We all looked out for one another. Pay was competitive, decent benefits, management was extremely knowledgeable, and people friendly.

Cons of working at WestRock

Looking back i don't really have anything bad to say about the place.

WestRock Benefits

I'd have to say communication between fellow coworkers and upper management

Ability to help employees.

Cons of working at WestRock

Mill general manager who fails to confront staff employees directly regarding performance issues. Instead using reorg as way to oust. One employee notified of supposed issues at time of appraisal and given zero opportunity to rebuff or correct. Understand that mill manager has been replaced.
