Pros of working at Westone

Breakfast lunch paid on Saturday, they work with you some times on personal stuff, decent hours. It paid the bills. Cant anymore.

Cons of working at Westone

Stressful work, no room for advancement, 2 to 3% raises if any at all. People get positions based on needs of the company not yours or your credentials. Training must be quick, hurried, and meet your personal goals at the same time. Horrible turnound on people staying to learn and do the job. Management do not back you up on bad workers if anything they blame you for their inability or incompetence, even though they know they should let them go. They keep them just so they won't keep hiring, retraining new workers or lose profits. Leaving the Experience workers with all the loads of the work. Good to work there in the beginning but now is about money and turnound time on orders. People work on products they are not certified even though they seem to know what they are doing because they practiced on there own creating bad habits. List go on but I hope you get the point....run!

Westone Benefits

Used to be 150.00 dollars now it's 50.00 bonuses. Some became friends to this day. Free food at times. I enjoy working there but management killed that. Making a difference in people's life and bringing then the ability to hear and protect their hearing.

Teamwork, cooperation from others and knowing that management is willing to back you up when it's needed to solve issues that may occur throughout
