JOB SUMMARY: Assists in administering company policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity personally or through others. The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, and employment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster and its communities.
The HR Assistant has partial responsibility in the following area:
Recruiting and staffing logistics;
Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping;
Assisting with employee relations;
Community employee communications;
Benefits administration and record keeping;
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting (OSHA reports).
Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner. Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Maintains the HRIS database and generates scheduled or requested reports to assist management. Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the Human Resources department. Prepares HR reports for management, as necessary or requested.
Conducts benefit orientations and other benefit training, as needed. Processes enrollments, changes, and terminations of participants in all benefit plans and programs. Assists employees with any benefit claim issues or concerns.
Reconciles monthly billing statements against payroll deductions.
Prepares paperwork required for new hires and establishes personnel file. Conducts new-employee orientation.
Files all compliance reports with the state and federal government including EEO-1 report. Assists with the implementation and tracking of company safety and health.
The Human Resources Assistant helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as necessary and to represent the department.
Assumes other duties as assigned by the HR Director
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/requirements:
High School Graduate and 2-4 years college desirable. Equivalent educational and work experience for business and secretarial skills.
Experience and Basic Knowledge:
At least two years of experience in Human Resource Administration. Excellent command of the English language with letter writing skills. Good computer operating skills

JOB SUMMARY: Assist to plan, develop and direct the overall operation of the resident services department in accordance with regulatory guidelines and our established policies and procedures. At the discretion of Administration, the Resident Lifestyle Facilitator Assistant may be required to act as the interim Resident Lifestyle Facilitator in the event of their absence or vacant position.

Evaluates employee performance and provides timely reviews as delegated.

JOB SUMMARY: In conjunction with the direct supervisor and the Regional Director of Sales, will ensure the benchmarks for the sales team are achieved; communicate challenges from the sales team to management, and to hold the sales team accountable to sales activity on a daily basis. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Services and its communities.
Supervises the staff which involves direct and indirect responsibilities for interviewing, selection, training, motivating, performance appraisal, managing policies and procedures to ensure achievement of the department's goals.
Responsible for the planning and operations of the department by implementing cost control measures when appropriate and meeting annual budget goals.
Focus on planning and directing the sales activities for the community. Ensure sales team member are supporting and meeting the Sales Excellence Initiative program.
Responsible for maximizing potential occupancy for their community or target market.
Responsible for establishing sales goals and strategies for the sales team. Oversee the team's overall performance against sales quota.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and maintain a sales centered culture.
Maintain back up team education and training on conducting tours and gathering appropriate information.
Conduct development/review meeting with sales team daily.
Complete any necessary same day follow up thank you calls and correspondence.
Maintain REPS documentation.
Month End REPS Sales Report due to the Executive Director and Regional VP by the 3rd of the following month.

Meet minimum required outbound calls made per day to database

JOB SUMMARY: Coordination and completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS), Admission Assessment, and Resident Care Plans.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Document MDS in the Electronic Charting System (ECS) in an accurate and timely manner.
Complete daily MDS assessments (admission, quarterly, etc.) through Resident Interview Assessments on schedule.
Update resident care plans (falls, wounds, infections, etc) on a daily basis.
Maintain the PPS and OBRA schedule.
Monitor all members of the care plan team to ensure accuracy and completion of the MDS.
Manage and schedule weekly care plan meetings. Meet with family members and interdisciplinary teams during the care plan meetings.
Prepare and transmit MDS assessments to the state on a weekly basis.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida; Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) Certification preferred.
Must possess physical assessment skills and be able to function independently throughout the Health Center.
Must work methodically with record keeping, time frames, and documentation.
Must have one (1) year experience completing MDS.
