Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure a secure work environment
Coordinate day-to-day construction tasks efficiently
Schedule and manage crews and subcontractors
Facilitate timely procurement of materials and equipment
Liaise with foremen to align on daily production plans
Oversee and maintain quality control standards
Provide comprehensive daily work reports
Offer technical expertise and guidance to resolve production issues, ensuring corrective actions are executed
Ensure project adherence to schedule, specifications, safety standards, and meet Project Manager expectations
Act as the primary interface with project owners
Requirements:
