What You will Do:
Essential Functions:
Consistent use of Vori Health's behavior change solutions
Implement coaching techniques to improve patient outcomes
Provide video consultations and messaging with patients of Vori Health to improve their wellness goals
Design and support patient care plans through the utilization of motivational interviewing, SMART goals, coaching best practice and behavior change techniques
Proven aptitude for managing an ample patient caseload
Document interactions and interventions as directed by Vori health technology tools
Effectively collaborate and relationship building with Vori Health's talented, cross-functional teams
Engaging on a regular cadence in a professional and collegial way with physicians, physical therapists, advanced practice providers, dieticians, and others
Troubleshoot unexpected issues so that patient needs are placed first and gaps in care are averted
Utilize critical thinking to discern and refine the correct provider for patient needs, stratifying the urgency of the referral amongst clinical team members as needed
Assist in the development of technology and service innovations to ensure a closed loop system of communication and coordination with our Vori Health providers and network specialists.

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Physical Health & Wellness (PH&W) Specialist develops and executes multiweek programs and events to educate, coach, and empower wounded service members in pursuit of achievement of their physical health and wellness goals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, screen, and recruit warriors for participation in quarterly virtual and in person Physical Health & Wellness events and coaching programs.
Plan agenda and execute multiday PH&W coaching program kick off events, providing fitness, nutrition, mobility, sleep, and health-focused education to warriors with limited to no supervision from manager.
Create individualized coaching programs to help warriors achieve their physical health and wellness goals.
Manage warrior participation throughout 90-day coaching program, providing encouragement, support, and connection to resources through regular coaching sessions delivered by telephone or Zoom.
Provide instruction, guidance, and coaching using motivational interviewing skills to encourage behavior change and support the progress of warrior's health focused SMART goals.
Develop and execute in person events, virtual education, competitions, and wellness challenges for warriors and their families.
Develop and facilitate virtual programming content via Zoom, Facebook Live, and other technology-based platforms.
Collaborate with physical health and wellness teammates to develop new, innovative content and curriculum.
Identify and recommend new programming opportunities aimed at increasing overall impact.
Learn and implement various modalities to execute during events and follow up, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Establish and maintain community relationships to build an ecosystem of PH&W support for warriors.

Using the highest standards of customer service, you will be a phone-based Coach who supports people in their stop-smoking and/or vaping process. Coaches are trained in the Quit for Life model, which has over 30 years of evidence-based success. Coaches utilize participant-focused interventions, as well as behavior change models to impact participants to quit tobacco and/or vaping products.

What You'll Do
Coaches are trained in the Quit for Life model and will assist participants in creating individualized action plans over the phone, Secure Messaging (emails), Chat, or text in making successful life changes with quitting tobacco and/or vaping products.
Coaches will spend 6-7 hours a day (completing about 2.5 calls per hour) on the phone talking, chatting, or texting with participants in the Quit for Life Program both inbound and outbound.
Adapt telephonic/chat coaching and education methods to accommodate the unique physical, psychosocial, cultural, and age-specific needs of each client.
Coaches apply excellent active listening skills and demonstrate ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Coaches demonstrate high attention to detail.

What We're Looking For
Undergraduate degree; preferably in health education, sociology, psychology, or related field.
Basic level of proficiency in PC-based word processing and database documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook) with the ability to navigate multiple applications, send emails, and perform data entry.
Prior work experience in direct behavior change education and/or behavior change services, coaching/counseling, chemical dependency counseling or health education.

Duties
Some of what you'll do:
Represent community advocacy and support services throughout Washington state.
Report directly to the Assistant Director and provide leadership and oversight of six distinct programs, including the Outpatient Counseling Program, Veterans Conservation Corps, Vet Corps, Suicide Prevention Program, Brain Injury and Recovery Program, the Veterans Training Support Center, and the Veterans Farm Program.
Ensure all managed programs address identified needs found among Veterans and promote posttraumatic growth and wellness through either professional counseling, professional development and training, peer-to-peer mentoring, and/or case management.
Oversee program management, fiscal, and clinical oversight of 40-plus contract therapists and their subcontractors, contractor selection, supervision, education, contract creation, and contract monitoring for compliance.
Lead and manage all personnel, contractors, and funding of Counseling and Wellness Programs.
Manage the recruitment and selection of Counseling and Wellness staff.
Assist the Assistant Director with preparing major decision packages to continue and supplement program services, research alternative funding sources, initiate funding proposals, and develop grant requests for federal funding.
Serve as the subject matter expert on policy issues involving a wide range of programs and services provided to Veterans and their Families, including complex programs such as Post-Traumatic Growth, Suicide Prevention, Military Sexual Trauma, and other military service behavioral health challenges.
Oversee conference planning and budget.
Actively guide and consider how the Counseling and Wellness Program can best offer consultation and support to the WDVA Homes' program.

Qualifications
Required:

Who You Are
The Office of Student Engagement provides leadership and support for student activities, student organizations, diversity programming, event services, co-curricular programming, wellness programing, and Student Government Association.
As the Wellness Coordinator you play an important role in creating an engaging and transformative student experience. You will provide leadership and management for three food pantries across two of Front Range Community College's campuses (Boulder County Campus and Larimer Campus), increase awareness and programming around food insecurity and basic needs across each campus and provide direct/indirect wellness education to students.
This position does have the opportunity to work remotely occasionally but does require a strong on-campus presence. This position will travel frequently between the Larimer and Boulder County Campuses and occasionally to the Westminster Campus.

SALARY:$49,369-$51,838/annually
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum starting salary for the position. When determining the starting salary for a new employee, FRCC takes into consideration a combination of the selected candidate's education, training and experience as it relates to the requirements of the position, as well as the position's scope and complexity, internal pay equity and external market value.

Primary Duties
Food Pantry Management:
* Monitor food safety standards and ensure pantry operations comply with regulations from our food partners including working within a database, paperwork, food inventory requirements, and health and safety requirements.
* Coordinate the daily operations of three food pantries, ensuring that food pantries are stocked, organized, and accessible.
* Collaborate with local food banks, nonprofits, and community organizations to ensure a steady supply of food and resources.
Programming:
* Design, implement, and evaluate wellness programs that address attitudes and behaviors surrounding food insecurity, wellness, and healthy living practices.
* Promote food pantry availability, other basic needs resources, and wellness programs through communication efforts.
Administrative & Supervision:
* Manage programming budget, tracking revenue and expenses while ensuring compliance with FRCC fiscal policies.
* Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate student staff, fostering a supportive environment for growth and maintaining staffing levels.
* Collaborate with department directors to ensure proper staffing for Student Life Office, Food Pantries, and other Student Engagement spaces.
Cross Campus/Community Collaboration:
* Work with campus departments, community partners, and stakeholders to provide students with impactful programs and learning opportunities.
* Build relationships with faculty, staff, and student organizations to promote wellness initiatives and food security programs.

Qualifications
Required Education/Training & Work Experience:
* Associate degree and two years of experience within student affairs, event management or related field
OR
* Bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience within student affairs, event management or related field
AND
* Ability to work flexible hours, with occasional evening and weekend commitments.
* Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* Valid driver's license.

* Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
