Receive and interpret instructions and prints regarding varying work assignments, both scheduled and emergency.
Analyze and interpret drawings and sketches, as well as plan and determine working procedure, and tools and equipment needed to complete the assignment.
Perform all types of welding, brazing, and cutting on any type of metal.
Perform work in accordance with Metallus practices and ASME code.
Plan layout, construct, install, repair, and maintain all types of pipeline, fitting and fixtures required in plant construction and maintenance.
Perform basic carpentry and sheet metal work.
Troubleshoot on any type of production, auxiliary, or service equipment.
Operate radio-controlled crane and mobile equipment to lift and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
Assist maintenance personnel in making repairs and performing their duties.
Dismantle, clean, inspect, rebuild, repair, replace, install, assemble, adjust, align, lubricate equipment.

Minimum requirements include:
