Requirements Education & Qualifications · High school diploma or GED preferred. · TIG welding experience preferred, but not required. · Must have basic skill set to operate all welding tools safely and effectively. · Ability to work independently in a production-oriented environment. · Must be a team player. · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (over 50 pounds).
