Requirements: * Must pass weld test coupons per AWS D17 (ref weld groups stainless, Nickle, Cobalt, Alum and Titanium) Included butt, lap, edge, corner and tee joints * High School diploma or equivalent - documentation required * Must meet ITAR definition of US Person(s)- documentation required * Must have sheet metal fabrications skills, familiar with assembly/disassembly procedures * Must be able to demonstrate tube welding at 45, 60 and 90 degree angles * Desired skill 3 years' experience tube welding of aerospace alloys such as 321 SS, Inconel 625 and Titanium * Desired current weld certification per AWS D17, weld groups Stainless, Inconel, Alum and Titanium * Adhere to AS9100 and other quality standards * Minimum of 3 years' experience using TIG, torch (oxygen acetylene), TIG brazing * Experience with aerospace alloys such as Stainless Steel, Inconel, Titanium, Cobalt and Alum * Experience with in-process use of visual and FPI inspection a plus * AMK/MTI is a safety sensitive manufacturer. As such, successful results of pre-employment drug screening will be required. Physical Demands /Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and communicate.
