    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Web Manager to manage and maintain Talkiatry.com. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our website, lead redesigns as-needed, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and an external Webflow development agency. You will be responsible for managing the roadmap for SEO and regular content updates, documenting all pixels and data trackers used, and running conversion experiments to continuously improve the user experience. You will:Oversee the day-to-day management of Talkiatry.com, ensuring it is up-to-date, functional, and aligned with our brand guidelines.Collaborate with the external Webflow development agency to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and maintain overall site performance.Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications throughout the redesign process.Maintain comprehensive documentation of all pixels, data trackers, and other third-party integrations used on Talkiatry.com.Ensure all tracking is compliant with relevant privacy regulations and company policies.Develop and manage a roadmap for ongoing SEO content updates, ensuring our site remains competitive in search rankings.Lead the development and execution of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey mapping. Work Hours This position will require you to be available during core business hours working on West Coast time zone, with flexibility to meet with Global colleagues across Central, East Coast, as well as Europe and Asia Pacific. Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements This position is open to the following office location: San Francisco, CA - going into the office Tuesdays-Thursdays Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home. Salary The estimated salary range for this position is $181,220 to $217,464. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
