Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, particularly in compliance with government or organizational style guides.
* Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.).
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to translate them into effective, intuitive UI designs.
* Experience in data visualization, with a focus on creating clear and actionable graphics from complex datasets.
* Expertise in responsive web design principles and modern design techniques.
* Experience designing executive-level presentations, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of 508 compliance for government websites and applications.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

* Any DHS badge + DoD Top Secret - 2nd choice
