Design user-friendly, accessible AI experiences for multiple interaction use cases and audiences, ensuring consistency across products/platforms and adhering to best practices.
Provide competitive UX research & comparative analysis to help define best practices.
Lead and facilitate discovery to define UX requirements with internal stakeholders.
Produce design documentation, including site maps, user personas & flows, style guides, and slides.
Use Figma to create user-friendly hi-fi designs, reusable patterns, and templates; produce interactive prototypes.
Eloquently present research and design solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate with the UX Lead to develop and maintain the AI experience design system to ensure consistency and scale across products.
Actively participate in team critique, giving and receiving feedback, and providing quality control across all supported products.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 3+ years of AI design experience across multiple platforms, including LLMs, web apps, mobile, and chatbots.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; or equivalent professional work experience.
2+ years of professional experience working within (and contributing to) design systems.
Expertise in Figma, FigJam, and a working knowledge of accessibility principles.
Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal).
A professional portfolio of relevant designs & prototypes (Must include a link in the resume or application).
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $60 - $70/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
