We are looking for an innovative Packaging Industrial Designer to join our in-house creative department. You will be designing and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and turning ideas and concepts into production-ready designs. You must be able to implement established brand guidelines, while still innovating and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Responsibilities:
3D modeling in Solidworks for ideation, prototyping, and final product stages.
Conceptualize and design packaging for NOCO brands, ensuring it aligns with brand objectives and creative goals.
Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated with trends, materials, consumer preferences, and competitive packaging designs.
Work closely with industrial design, marketing, and manufacturing teams to understand objectives, style, and approaches necessary for each packaging project.
Identify opportunities to elevate our packaging with more effective or more sustainable materials, improved user experience, design trends, and best practices.
Ensure final products are accurate by reviewing digital assets and coordinating closely with manufacturers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent.
At least 5 years post-college professional design experience.
Proven experience in packaging design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Proficient in packaging design. Able to create physical iterative prototypes to communicate and convey concepts.
Strong experience in problem-solving and taking products to the market.
Knowledge of packaging materials, including sustainable options.
Knowledge of packaging assembly processes a plus to aid in decision making.

What You Will Do:
Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Manage daily content, information, news and features for stations' websites. Produce graphics/images, web pages, stories, audio/video, etc. to accomplish this function.
Responsible for making sure that websites are continually fresh from both a content and graphical perspective. Ensure that the KTAR News overall image of quality and leadership is carried over to the web site.
Ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed on time.
Develop web pages and websites for new site features, events, activities, etc. This includes gathering relevant information and graphic elements from various departments and entities for the website.
Ensure that the website provides and promotes sales activities. Help direct site toward becoming a profitable business activity. Put a priority on sales production work.
Market and promote the stations via the Internet and the website. This includes stations' image and brand, events, products, etc. maximize the sites as effective communications medium for stations.
Interface and coordinate with technical team regarding technical aspects of web operations (servers, connectivity, etc.). Work with IT to ensure that systems are functioning properly.
Ensure that all web related systems are functioning on a daily basis; streaming, content/data feeds, ad servers, etc.
Manage online events and special features (interactive contests, message boards, etc.) as well as social media content.
Offer ideas, suggestions and other concepts for the stations' Internet activities that are innovative and creative.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:
Two years post high school education in communication/journalism with skills in the following areas: writing, computer and operational skills, related field, or equivalent.
Experience working in a newsroom environment. Prefer experience as a reporter, copy editor and/or web editor.
Exceptional news writing, editing, and grammar skills. Ability to edit, produce and create accurate, well-presented content in a quick, timely manner.
Must possess typing skills and computer input ability. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new programs and basic HTML are required. Must enjoy working with computers and technology.

• Effectively act on partner feedback integrating user testing results and learning's to improve the creative production process and ultimately our products and services
• Develop fast moving, tangible design process that deliver quality experiences within sprint cycles
• Brainstorm, ideate, and iterate as needed
• Work in collaboration with key project team members, including user experience researchers, product owners, tech leads, developers, strategy, PM, and UX
• Be a passionate advocate for the user, ground ideas in data driven solutions by partnering with our User Experience Research team to incorporate customer insights and principles throughout the creative process and still be bold enough to let design intuition guide you
• Ensure adherence to design best practices, standards, brand consistency
• Critical understanding of digital graphic design, typography, and interface design guidelines, practices, and best practices
Qualifications
• 0-3 years UI / Interaction experience designing consumer facing applications, websites and mobile experiences
• Ability to simplify and turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences
• Exceptional skills in ideation, sketching, concepting, brainstorming, and UI asset production
• Ability to create both low fidelity usable prototypes
• Fluency with design tools, most notably Photoshop, InDesign, Ilustrator, OmniGraffle, Invision and/or other prototyping software
• Introductory knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Introductory knowledge and/or experience working in agile product development
• Introductory knowledge and/or experience designing responsively across devices
• Introductory knowledge and/or experience designing for multiple devices and platforms, understanding responsive layouts and how to optimize design for flexible layout treatments.
• Excellent relationship management, verbal & written communication skills
• Clear and confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytelling
• Capacity to take ownership of tasks, and drive projects through to completion
• Clear and demonstrable attitude of emergence - the drive to develop oneself and the hunger to innovate and stay current in the industry
• Strong portfolio showing breadth of UI Design work
• Keen sense of humor
