SUMMARY
A Teller Supervisor is responsible for organizing and coordinating banking services by managing a Teller Team to deliver exceptional customer service. A Teller Supervisor ensures the highest level of client relations and service as well as fosters the Bank's service culture and Core Values, Mission, and Vision through mentoring, coaching, and motivation of Teller Team while leading by example.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs the job duties and responsibilities of a Teller Supervisor:
Recruits, interviews, and on-boards new hires of the Teller Team.
Provides exceptional customer service and oversees the customer service provided by the Teller Team ensuring consistency and excellence.
Creates and manages the work schedules of Teller Team, including but not limited to timely creating and publishing schedules, approving and editing time punches, approving or denying requests for time off from work, Paid Time Off in Paylocity, etc.
Monitors daily operations of Teller Team to ensure processes as well as supervises the execution of the Teller Team's daily tasks.
Optimizes performance of Teller Team through timely mentoring, training, supervision, delegation of duties, establishing clearly defined responsibilities and performance expectations, accountability, recognition, and disciplinary action when necessary while assuring full compliance with all policies and procedures. Collaborates with and keeps Retail Regional Manager and Human Resources apprised of Teller Team performance issues.
Actively trains and assesses the Teller Team's development notifying Retail Regional Manager of all possible career advancements.
Assists the Retail Regional Manager to prepare, create, and provide timely and accurate 90-Day and Annual performance reviews of Retail Team.
Maintains a cohesive, well-trained, and motivated Teller Team to successfully meet the Retail Department's demands.
Establishes/develops daily monitoring system for tracking client transaction activity, catalogues risk or loss situations when those occur, and creates a notification process to maintain management awareness.
Leads and holds weekly Teller Team meetings.
Leads and holds quarterly individual meetings with Teller Team.
Makes NSF decisions.
Assists with CDARS.
Generates forms withing DepositPro.
Orders daily cash requirements.
Orders supplies for bank branch.
Works with the Retail Regional Manager and Retail Coordinator to ensure that Teller training and procedures are current.
Stays current on Teller/Retail policies, procedures, and training.
Stays current on applicable banking regulations and security procedures and practices to prevent fraud or other bank losses and to comply with regulatory requirements.
Compiles and submits requested audit information.
Oversees processing of banking activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and accountability are followed.
Collaborates with Retail Regional Manager to develop best practices for successful banking operations.
Performs responsibilities during Bank hours by being physically present at the Bank an average of 40 hours each week based on banking needs.
Travels between branches as needed.
Performs other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Satisfactorily performs the job duties and responsibilities of a Universal Banker I (Teller I):
Performs Universal Banker (Teller) duties and organizes balances and proofs cash daily to maintain accurate account transactions processed.
Performs Retail Banking Employee Development: The Guide to Retail Career Pathing responsibilities and duties for Universal Banker I.
Identifies payees and verifies signatures and endorsements.
Maintains bank accounts by ordering checks and debit cards.
Enters data into appropriate Retail logs.
Assists customers with Digital Banking related questions.
Uploads required retail documents into appropriate systems.
Utilizes SharePoint as a resource for policies and procedures.
Identifies whether an item requires that a hold be placed and follows procedures to place the hold.
Greets customers when they walk in the door or arrive at the drive thru and thank them for their business.
Provides professional and excellent customer service by promptly handling inbound and limited outbound calls for various bank branches and promptly assisting branch customers. Explains bank services, answers questions, and resolves account problems within their Retail Banking responsibilities ensuring customer satisfaction. Refers questions and problems beyond their Retail Banking responsibilities to the Teller Lead, Senior Retail Lead, Retail Regional Manager, or the correct department.
Attracts and retains customer relationships by providing accurate and timely customer service.
Assists with scanning and indexing.
Answers customer questions and resolves related account problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promotes bank products and services by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services to solidify and enhance customer account relationships.
Stays current on applicable banking regulations and security procedures and practices to prevent fraud or other bank losses and to comply with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Under general supervision, carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:
Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, which may require sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching and/or detaching flexible hoses.

Summary:
This position provides instrument and electrical technical support to construction, plant facilities and field operations. The position will repair, install, troubleshoot, and perform predictive and preventative maintenance tasks on control systems, natural gas compression or pump stations, SCADA, and other equipment contained within gas and liquid facilities and pipelines. Additionally, this position will inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain process control systems such as PLCs or DCS and other similar equipment.

* Actively participate in partnership safety programs and initiatives
* Perform specialized technical skills (i.e. develops complex design projects, cost estimates, evaluates electrical systems, build and maintain ESD systems, maintain gas turbine or skid unit control systems)

Obtains specimens as required, within scope of duty, to include the performance of venipuncture and capillary draw.
Process patient samples, including but not limited to: Blood, urine, stool, sputum, nasal and nasopharyngeal specimens and conducts analysis.
Labels all samples in front of the patient in compliance with Joint Commission guidelines with patient name, date of birth, or medical records number, date an time of patient sample collection, and phlebotomist initials.
Properly package the samples obtained in biohazard transport bags for courier to the laboratory department for specimen processing.
Transports all specimen types collected in the medical/pediatric clinic environment to the laboratory department for processing.
Restock phlebotomy tray or drawing area as needed throughout the day and at the end of the shift daily.
Able to perform waived testing.
Able to release results obtained except moderate complexity testing critical values or moderate complexity testing abnormal results in the RPMS Lab package.
Will be assisted when troubleshooting unusual or unexpected patient results and when repeating patient testing as required.
Follow all Policies and Procedures related to job performance and duties at the Clinton Service Unit and MMU.
Complete all required training in set period for the OCAO and CSU.
