    We're on the lookout for a strong, curious copywriter to join our Wayfair Professional in-house creative team. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing copy for everything from promotional emails, to direct mail, to video. This role requires a skilled, meticulous, and motivated individual who can partner not only with fellow creatives, but also cross-functional marketing partners. What You'll Do * Under the guidance of the Creative Director, ACDs, and in close collaboration with your design partners, concept and write short- and long-form copy across marketing channels and brand touchpoints, such as omni-channel campaigns, email content, case studies, editorial site content, and beyond. * Use Wayfair's wealth of performance metrics and other data (especially customer insights) to guide smarter creative decisions. * Live in lockstep with your cross-functional partners. You'll be responsible for maintaining seamless communication, understanding and influencing their priorities and goals, and effectively producing creative that supports (and furthers) those objectives. * Do all of the above in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are daily and the volume of work is high. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions * Must be able to lift 50 pounds. * In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours. * Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. * Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching. * Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals. * Exposure to temperatures: 90 degrees Fahrenheit. * Ability to work in a wet and cold environment. * Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment. * Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
