Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
A little bit about our team:
The Global Marketing team play a pivotal role in delivering WMG's mission of turning dreams into stardom and audiences into fans through the development of a new marketing organisation, that will deliver operational excellence, increase our artist and songwriter value proposition and strengthen WMG's position at both a global and local level.
The CMO will lead the strategic direction and execution of all WMG marketing initiatives, to drive impact for all WMG artists and songwriters.
In addition to driving WMG's marketing vision, the CMO will collaborate closely with other leaders as part of the WMG Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including group functions (e.g., Technology, Finance), group services (e.g., WMX) and business leads (e.g., WCM, ADA, RM Regional/Label Leads) to ensure that WMG's marketing efforts align with the overall business goals.
Your role:
The Executive Assistant will support day-to-day administration for the CMO. You'll work closely with a vast number of different departments in order to connect the CMO with the correct departments, plus People Team (HR), Finance, Tech and Office Services on various projects. You will be involved in the global culture of Global Marketing and support in bringing the group together for virtual and in person events.

Sony AI is seeking research interns to join our Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning (PPML) team. Our team mainly focuses on fundamental and applied research, with a focus on building vision foundation models in a responsible manner. The role of a research intern is to conduct innovative research, develop methodologies, design and prototype solutions. As the Director, A&R Operations you will be responsible for full delivery of songs/projects from A&R standpoint across half the Columbia roster. Maintain consistent and clear communication between the A&R staff and Release Planning/BA/BAA/etc around all upcoming single/project releases. Build trust with all players involved to achieve success
Attend and often lead artist-specific meetings with A&Rs + management teams to spearhead releases from delivery side
Communicate with artist managers + attorneys on the status of clearances as they relate to deadlines
Make sure all delivered audio is to spec and make artist teams aware of any potential QC issues on digital audio
Archiving and managing all unreleased + released Columbia music and sending it internally + externally when necessary, via SME's Promo Portal
Who you are:
4-6 years of experience in A&R operations, music production management, project management or a related role at a record label, music publisher or management company
Strong knowledge of audio technology, music recording processes, sample/ side artist clearance and industry contacts. Experience working directly with artists, producers, songwriters, lawyers and managers.

The assignment desk editor will find, follow, and cover the news of the day, and gather stories and elements for dissemination to NBC News group and News Channel partners and clients, including foreign clients.
This position is overnight hours and could include backfilling other assignment desk shifts.
Responsibilities:
Work with all NBC entities and News Channel clients to gather the day's news
Fulfil requests for all NBC Network platforms
Use all available editorial, social media, and desktop tools to gather, view, and share stories
Respond quickly to breaking news
Work closely with feed producer regarding story details and restrictions
Communicate story developments with network, NBC News Channel clients and internally within NBC News Channel
Represent NBC News Channel on network conference calls
Book transmission facilities, live and tape feeds
Utilize various file sharing platforms to gather video
Find compelling user generated stories
Clear, with the proper language, any user generated content for the feed
Follow and communicate Rights and Clearances restrictions
Qualifications
2+ years of affiliate and or network experience
Bachelor's degree - preferably in journalism or communications
