Coordinate with mechanics for time entry, invoice approvals in E360 and run monthly utilization and cost reporting
Work with Assistant Controller, Run weekly reports and update annual budgets
Work with G & W Manager to update daily dispatcher program
Coordinate deliveries to office and field
Maintain and update professional licenses and certificates database
Maintain and update vehicle registrations
Communicate with BOND G & W in other states
Assist in a variety of administrative duties
Qualifications:
BS in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Proven organizational management skills to maximize operation efficiencies
Software skill and database software experience with HeavyJob, E360, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Coins
