Should have excellent leadership and administration skills and abilities. Strong motivational, effectual team building, and decision-making skills. Manages the accuracy and timeliness of on-hand inventory levels for all locations. Has staff responsibility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Imports and integrates all sales data to update inventory levels. Approves all batches entered for inventory adjustments and transfers. Ensure all outbound orders are processed correctly. Maintain and order all shipping materials and supplies for JVG accounts. Pull and pack orders for all shipping customers including: Allied Products, Sweetbird Products, and roasted coffee orders. Set up freight BOLs and track all shipping orders. Monitor shipping methods, run reports, and make recommendations to solve problems and streamline processes in shipping. Ensure all inbound freight orders are received physically and entered into inventory system. Private Label Fulfillment Participate in meetings with private label accounts to build relationships and help troubleshoot challenges. Print out and organize shipping orders each morning, assigning tasks to other team members when needed. Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and in time for daily USPS and FedEx pickup. Ensure all team members helping with fulfillment are following proper fulfillment procedures (FIFO, tidy packing, etc.) Communicate regularly with Production Manager to maintain product inventories and prioritize specific production when necessary. Ensure daily accuracy of “Finished Product” inventory. Maintain and order all shipping materials and supplies for private label fulfillment and freight shipments. The base pay range for this position is $65,000 and $85,000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Assist with the direction and coordination of the warehouse activities in a manner that maximizes service to customers and effectively utilizes the facilities and equipment allotted for parts inventories. This position is responsible for knowing all warehouse functions, helping achieve standards of performance, security of parts inventories, and the maintenance of storage facilities and equipment, as well as, learning and performing the parts ordering processing. MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS: Education: High School Graduate Work Experience: Two years of related experience with at least one year of warehousing experience or related similar work experience with Gregory Poole Equipment Company; or at least four successful and stable years in warehousing activities with customer service exposure.
