Full-time Description Cadrex is searching for a Material Handler to load, unload, and move materials within or near production facility or warehouse. Will be primarily response for maintaining adequate supply of materials at all running machines. This includes raw materials (resin), packaging, inserts, bags, labels, etc., as called out on the job “Pick List”. The correct paperwork associated with any movement of these materials is the responsibility of the Material Handler. Lot number control is an essential part of material tracking (especially regrind) and this falls under the Material Handler responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Cleaning and loading all hoppers as required at set up. Ensuring excellent housekeeping to avoid contamination of materials. Must be aware of correct drying conditions for each material and set machine dryers accordingly. Monitors clean and change necessary filter at machine hopper, hopper loaders and machine loaders (minimum once per day). Move finished goods to the warehouse or to a location designated by the warehouse and fill out accurately any paperwork required. The Order Puller Associate will stock incoming merchandise and fill orders for customers. At AFW, we are proud that customers can pick up their furniture and take it home the same day. You will be a critical part of fulfilling that promise to the customer. The Order Puller will safely operate a Stock Picker, Reach Truck, Sit Down Forklift, and any other equipment necessary to transport merchandise for customers and other departments. We provide full training and certifications for all equipment. This is a full time position with a starting wage of $18.50/hour. Job Requirements Previous experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker helpful but not required. Commitment to safety Knowledge of the correct lifting/team lifting techniques. Capability to perform the correct lifting/team lifting techniques. You have to work at heights!
