    Job Details Grant Ready Mix - Malabar, FL $20.00 HourlyDescription Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is currently seeking a highly-motivated, dependable Front-End Loader Operator at our Concrete Plant in Grant, Florida. This position will report to the Plant Manager and is responsible for the safe and proper handling, loading, and storage of aggregate materials; and for general housekeeping of plant property and premises; and for the proper care and maintenance of ready-mix plant equipment as assigned by the Plant Manager. Required Availability: Monday - Saturday Front-End Loader Operator Specifications: Minimum of 1 year experience operating a front-end loader Experience in the concrete industry; preferred Safely transport and load aggregate materials using a front-end loader Efficiently load materials in advance of upcoming tickets Operate the radial stacker conveyor to deliver required aggregate materials into appropriate storage bins or hoppers, maintaining appropriate fill levels Assist with and perform other reasonable tasks around the general plant and yard facilities related to maintenance as requested by Plant Manager Direct haulers to the appropriate aggregate bins Maintain washout areas in accordance with company procedures Perform daily yard housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe plant environment Inspect and clean the front-end loader each day Able to work six days a week, Monday - Saturday.
