About the Role How you will contribute * Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed. * Assist with monitoring daily KPI's, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time. * Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required. * Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy. * Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities. * Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site.
