Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sets up, maintains, and operates various sheet metal fabricating machinery, including but not limited to a Roll Former, Fin Press Expanding, Shear, Press Brake, Tube Flare & Cut Off Saw and/or Amada/N/C Turret Punch Press Performs various production duties from Work Orders, Part Prints, Standard Setup Procedures, Quality, and OJT manuals Utilizes and maintains calipers, rules, combination square, protractor, veneer, feeder gauges, hand tools, wrenches, micrometers, hex keys, and other similar tools Removes and inspects finished products for compliance to specifications, reports defects to supervision, and makes machine adjustments as directed Uses lift and/or platform trucks to move supplied and finished products to various plant locations Maintains required production, safety, and other records and data Inspects and reports defective and unsafe machinery/parts to supervision Wears and maintains safety equipment and obeys safety rules, practices, and procedures Maintains work area in a neat, orderly, and safe manner Performs other similar or related duties as required or requested Requirements Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred Prior manufacturing experience a plus Ability to read, write, and follow both verbal and written work orders Familiarity with hand, air, and packing tools Ability to operate hoists, hand trucks, and platform trucks as necessary Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and 100+ pounds in a team lifting situation Ability to perform repetitive bending, reaching, stretching, lifting, twisting, pushing, and pulling

Requirements High school education or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience on the job. Must have a valid US driver's license with Class E certification. Driving experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age for insurance. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. Fundamental computer skills required. The pay for this position starts at a minimum of $19.34/hr. when the minimum job requirements are met and goes up based upon a candidate's experience and qualifications in a similar role. The Loader Operator will be responsible for moving and loading vehicles with a company-provided front-end loader or forklift. In addition, the Loader Operator will be required to maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility. Furthermore, the Loader Operator will be responsible for the daily pre and post-trip inspections and associated documentation of their assigned machine. Ensures equipment is maintained according to company standards and customer contracts. Operates company equipment safely. Assists with the maintenance of company equipment and vehicles. Records vehicle information accurately and legibly. Operates digital camera or other basic vehicle documentation and tracking devices. Sets up yard for auctions within company timelines. Provides service to customers as needed. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor. Follows yard guidelines to maintain a safe working environment (i.e. speed limits, etc.).Must be able to load and unload vehicles as required. Must be able to pass training and safety requirements. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience: * HS diploma or GED preferred. * At least two years of work experience, preferably in an outdoor environment. * One year of loader or forklift experience, certification preferred. * Excellent customer service attitude and skills. * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. * Positive attitude/High Integrity. * Ability to operate heavy equipment. * Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail. * Occasional O.T. as needed. * Bilingual skills a plus.
