Floor Production - Repack Supervisor Monroe, NY $60,000 - $70,000 Our client is looking for a Floor Production - Repack Supervisor to lead teams in providing direction and leadership to drive performance in various areas in ecommerce repack “kitting” operations. Ensure optimum levels of productivity and quality are maintained while maintaining a safe work environment for all associates. Train the team on new system as SME. * Investigating transactional discrepancies and resolve inventory issues. * Coordination of Trailer inspection, Forklift daily checklist and Warehouse cleaning log maintenance. * Maintaining trailer master list, inspection and service of trailers, tractors and Fork-Lifts. * Managing Raptor system for STAGE and RM to ensure C-TPAT compliance. * Ordering of pallets for Production and managing the receipt/ inventory of pallets daily. * Coordinating weekly processing of Steris material and maintenance of weekly transactions. * Cross Training throughout entire RM DC infrastructure. * Providing necessary supporting documentation for audits and SME during audits for Raw Materials Warehouse. * Coordinating international inbound and outbound shipments. * Ensure team follows procedures and coach/discipline team as necessary to always ensure compliance. * Acting as backup to Associate Warehouse Manager * All other duties as assigned. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning. **_Job Summary_** The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops assists on Inbound or Outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards. Inbound positions receive products into the facility and outbound ships products to customers. **_Responsibilities_** + Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to process orders including accurately picking, performing quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building, and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment. + Pick large case items with material handling equipment or pick small unit of measure items and place on designated cart. + Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed. + Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in and/or send out products. + Drive material handling equipment as required by job duty.
