Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to operate various types of configuration of equipment assigned, including various types of forklifts and hand held scanners with training

About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist Associate to join the Automation team within the Data Solution department. This role will ensure a seamless flow of financial data for iCapital's clients and internal teams. This individual will support business critical processes from portfolio management system conversions to performance reconciliation.

Responsibilities
Lead data conversion projects, including extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data between portfolio management systems. This involves understanding source system requirements, mapping data to new system standards, and managing the conversion of large datasets from legacy systems.
Integrate historical financial data by converting potentially complex and unstructured data files and statements into structured formats suitable for backfilling.
Provide support for automated data feeds, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the seamless transformation of daily financial transactions and positions into source system imports. This requires a strong understanding of the automated data processing system.
Respond to ad-hoc data requests from client-facing teams, providing timely and accurate information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a similar field
2-5+ years in the financial industry, demonstrating a proven track record of financial product support, technical proficiency, and solid accounting knowledge
Expertise with Addepar and familiarity with other portfolio management systems, such as Advyzon, APX, Axys, Black Diamond, Orion, Ridgeline, Tamarac
Strong background working with financial custodial data and proficiency supporting alternative financial instruments
Advanced proficiency in Excel and text file manipulation. Familiarity with other data formats, such as JSON, XML, and unstructured-to-structured transformation is a plus
Experience with at least one of the following: Python, SQL, Power Automate or other large data set software, demonstrating the ability to extract and transform data
Demonstrated history of automating data-related processes such as data integration, including log file creation and maintenance
Understanding of Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and GitLab
Comfort working with a geographically dispersed team
Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and comfortable communicating with clients as needed

The CDL Shuttle Driver, under the general supervision of the Shuttle Supervisor, provides safe and courteous and on-time transportation to resort guests and staff to and from fixed shuttle stops both on resort and off, during a scheduled shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
Must be able to communicate by radio and/or cell telephone.
Must be able to provide verbal and/or written reports and respond to operational issues per prescribed policy.
Must have a clean driving record and a valid Vermont Commercial Driver License, Class C with a Passenger Endorsement.
Drivers are subject to random DOT drug and alcohol testing and must have a valid license and DOT medical examiners card at the time of hire.
Must undergo and successfully pass an annual DOT medical examination.
Must be able to perform pre-and-post-trip vehicle inspections, cleaning and servicing to assist in maintaining vehicles in a safe operating condition.
Must be able to follow an on demand schedule of pick-ups and drop-offs on resort as well as at transportation hubs and terminals.
Must follow a schedule of pick-ups and drop-offs at on resort designated stops as well as all guest hotel, condominium, town home or cottage locations as well as off resort locations designated for employee pick-up and drop off.
Must adhere to traffic regulations, collect fares and provide verbal information to the public regarding routes, schedules and transfer points.
Must be willing to greet every customer in a friendly, professional manner.
Must have or be willing to develop a working knowledge of the history and amenities Jay Peak Resort and regional points of interest in the US and Canada.
Must be flexible with work shifts/hours, including overtime, to service late departs and arrivals, peak volume periods, vacated shifts, and other emergency situations.
Must follow all Jay Peak, Inc. work rules and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook and through management's instruction.
Must be willing to listen to customer complaints and direct information to the Shuttle Supervisor.
Must provide, maintain and ensure complete customer service for the all guests and staff members utilizing the service.
May be asked to perform any additional duties and special tasks as assigned
In the absence of the Shuttle Supervisor, all drivers report to the Security Supervisor on duty.
