Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred. _Education_ : A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. They perform warehouse duties such as inventory cycle counts, picking orders, and loading trucks (forklift certification provided). When on route, the RSA provides excellent customer service by ensuring customers are in-stock, serviced as scheduled, and that the beverage station is set to standard. Duties include selling and delivering coffee, tea, and related products to customers. The hiring team is seeking a self-motivated, dependable individual to join their team who is willing and able to do overnight travel and assist other branches as needed. Typical Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Overtime When Needed Overnight travel required a week at a time when covering other branches Driving Requirements: Valid Drivers License required and clean driving record. Compensation $23.09/hour starting wage per Collective Bargaining Agreement, going up to $24.58/hour after 6 months Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
