Ensure that all warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc. are all properly maintained and stored. Ensure that all established safety procedures are always followed. Job Summary The Order Puller Associate will stock incoming merchandise and fill customer orders. At AFW, we are proud that customers can pick up their furniture and take it home the same day. You will be a critical part of fulfilling that promise to the customer. The Order Puller will safely operate a Stock Picker, Reach Truck, Down Forklift, and any other equipment necessary to transport merchandise for customers and other departments. We provide full training and certifications for all equipment. Shift Hours: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm (5 Days - 8 Hour Shifts or 4 Days - 10 Hour Shifts) Weekly Pay Rate: $18.50 + $1.00 (Shift Premium) = $19.50/Hr Weekend Shift: $21.50/Hr (Shift Premium) Commuter Pay: $25 per week (Englewood Commuter Reimbursement) (Added to your paycheck each week) Job Requirements * MUST BE 18 years or older. * Previous experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers helpful but not required. * Commitment to Safety * Knowledge of the correct lifting/team lifting techniques. * Capability to perform the correct lifting/team lifting techniques. * You have to work at heights! You will fill orders 0 to 35 feet above the ground. * Ability to work in multiple departments.
