Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the flow and organization of inventory. This individual is required to actively engage in a professional manner through various forms of communication across multiple departments and management levels within the organization and with our vendors. Additionally, this position is required to perform various processes such as: inventory cycle counts, stock transfers, location mapping, data entry, validating inventory traceability through document review, troubleshooting discrepancies, and root cause analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this role successfully, and individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, other duties may be assigned:
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
Maintain item records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
Identify areas of improvement and recommend new innovative ideas or adjust existing work procedures and practices as needed and as approved by management.
Coordinate and communicate activities with other departments as needed.
Monitor and maintain accurate records for Safety and Compliance of the facility, including Fire Department, City and County records, Water Department records and others as needed.
Assist with accuracy of the staging area, verify paperwork when returning from route, procure samples as requested by managers to ensure product quality & integrity.
Monitor and assist with Will Call fulfillment ensuring accuracy of products delivered as well as customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all warehouse employees are properly trained and certified to operate warehouse equipment.
Ensure that all warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc. are all properly maintained and stored.
Ensure that all established safety procedures are always followed.
Other duties may be assigned to facilitate efficient operation of the department / branch
Qualifications:
5-7 years warehouse experience, 1-2 years in a lead/supervisory role
Self-starter willing to work independently as well as collaboratively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Effectively manage time and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority
Knowledge in Petroleum related materials
Basic understanding of inventory management, shipping processes, and warehouse operations
A strong skill set in Excel and other Microsoft applications, analytical skills and problem solving.

The Order Puller Associate will stock incoming merchandise and fill customer orders. At AFW, we are proud that customers can pick up their furniture and take it home the same day. You will be a critical part of fulfilling that promise to the customer.
The Order Puller will safely operate a Stock Picker, Reach Truck, Down Forklift, and any other equipment necessary to transport merchandise for customers and other departments. We provide full training and certifications for all equipment.
Shift Hours: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm (5 Days - 8 Hour Shifts or 4 Days - 10 Hour Shifts)
Weekly Pay Rate: $18.50 + $1.00 (Shift Premium) = $19.50/Hr
Weekend Shift: $21.50/Hr (Shift Premium)
Commuter Pay: $25 per week (Englewood Commuter Reimbursement) (Added to your paycheck each week)
Job Requirements
* MUST BE 18 years or older.
* Previous experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers helpful but not required.
* Commitment to Safety
* Knowledge of the correct lifting/team lifting techniques.
* Capability to perform the correct lifting/team lifting techniques.
* You have to work at heights! You will fill orders 0 to 35 feet above the ground.
* Ability to work in multiple departments. It's a great opportunity to cross-train and learn new skills.
* Ability to have a flexible schedule and work all shifts, holidays, and weekends. We are a retail operation, so that means we need you during our operation hours, which are Sunday through Saturday, 10 am and 10 pm. Some warehouse shifts are overnight and come with an additional pay premium
Technical skills:

* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions accurately.
* Operate material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.
* Operate a radio frequency (RF) scanner.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 100 lbs. and the skill to handle/manipulate merchandise up to 250 lbs. frequently.
