What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Driver, you'll be on the move daily, ensuring that our stores receive the products they need to keep their operations running efficiently. Your day will include:
Driving box trucks to deliver and pick up products across multiple store locations.
Manually loading and unloading trucks by lifting, carrying, and stacking items, in addition to using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Keeping the warehouse organized and stocked, ensuring that products are stored properly and inventory is accurately maintained.
Conducting daily inventory counts and ensuring deliveries are complete and on time.
Following safety procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself and your team, including DOT regulations, proper lifting techniques, and vehicle inspections.
Maintaining fleet trucks, keeping them clean and in working condition, and reporting any needed repairs.
Supporting the team by helping with warehouse operations, product picking, and other tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
1+ years of experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or a similar role (preferred).
Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 75 lbs regularly throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail to keep inventory accurate and ensure deliveries are completed as scheduled.
A reliable team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to getting the job done right.
Willingness to travel daily-this isn't a desk job! You'll be out on the road and in the stores, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

**_What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning.
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
**_Qualifications_**
+ High School Diploma/GED preferred
+ Good written communication skills
+ 1-2 years experience preferred
+ Proficient in Microsoft office preferred
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to process orders including accurately picking, performing quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading and preparing the orders for shipment.
+ Responsible for cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and/or participates in projects as assigned by your manager or other management team member.
+ Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean work environment including complying with all Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
