We serve our communities by connecting our network of drivers to restaurants, retailers, and grocers. Responsibilities: The primary purpose is to support Digital & Delivery teams with requisition creation/follow-up and budget management support activities (including but not limited to bi-weekly analysis of budget/forecast vs actuals, quarterly funding governance process, re-classifications, accrual determination, vendor invoice follow-up, financial planning). Gain a thorough understanding of Digital and Delivery budget across all products. Manage end to end process for invoice payment and collections with timely submissions. Work with Product teams to create requisitions corresponding to the respective project/product work items. Respond to PO/Requisition status requests from product teams & vendors. Interact with Accounts Payable and Procurement teams as needed regarding any changes to how PO/Requisitions are coded. Support management of Digital department budget - understand details of budget allocation, keep track of actual costs that hit department budget, accrue Opex costs as needed. Analyze Weekly/Bi-weekly actuals, help teams with validating accrual info for the products. Work with FP&A and Property accounting to drive budget re-classes as needed. Provide budget support to product teams to complete Business Plans, Budgets, Mid-Year Plan and Bi-Monthly Forecasts. Participate in monthly financial review meetings with FP&A and support product teams as needed (e.g. following up with internal teams or Vendors). Coordinate will all product teams to develop aggregated views across each product budget line regarding completion of ad-hoc FP&A requests. Develop dashboards and summary updates of budget across all budget line items for communication to SVP and other executives. Pro-actively analyze Beeline/Clarity time sheet reports to validate Capex/Opex splits and call out any anomalies. Work closely with Accounting for Financial and Analytical support for month-end close activities. Provide support as needed regarding FP&A budget analysis requests. Provide support to Agile PM/Chief of staff for Digital portfolio wide tasks. Qualifications: Bachelors/4-year Degree in Business or Finance. 2-3 years' relevant work experience, extensive knowledge of financial planning, modeling and reporting. Requires advanced computer skills using spreadsheet software, familiarity with database applications, downloading data from mainframe systems and use of word processing software. Strong written and verbal communication - ability to draft correspondence that accompanies requests for information in a clear and concise manner. Must understand the impact/use of multi-spreadsheet linking capabilities and must have ability to quickly learn systems for implementation/development. Critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills.

Criteria BA/BS or higher degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Biostatistics, Economics, Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or a related quantitative field. 0 - 2+ years of experience in an analytical role or equivalent academic coursework in data modeling, analytics, market research, or other data-centric field. Proficiency in SQL (1+ years) and Excel. Experienced programming and scripting with Python. Knowledge and understanding of BI visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
