You will manage and support our Microsoft 365 environment, including managing user accounts, monitoring system performance, ensuring data security, and providing end-user support. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities Microsoft 365 Management: Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, permissions, licenses, groups, and distribution lists. Monitor system performance, service health, and incident management. Coordinate with Microsoft support for issue resolution and service requests. System Performance and Security: Ensure optimal operation, data backup, and recovery processes. Implement and maintain security policies, compliance measures, and multi-factor authentication. Support and Collaboration: Troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide end-user support and training. Manage and configure Microsoft 365 groups and distribution lists. Collaborate with IT professionals to implement the best practices. Planning and Documentation: Plan and execute migrations, updates, and integrations. Qualifications To qualify for the role, you must have A deep understanding of complex system performance, security, compliance, and end-user support in the key responsibilities listed 4+ years of demonstrable work experience in a role managing Microsoft 365 environments, and a strong understanding of its services and applications. Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra and Copilot. Ideally, you'll also have Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality and an awareness of the big picture. Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.
