Responsibilities:
Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; efficiently takes food and beverages, following established steps of service.
Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients. Advises guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested; accommodates reasonable requests and notes preferences. As needed, demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens.
Communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly, and special requests are accommodated.

Works with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions.

Qualifications
Have recent experience in the Hospitality/Customer Service Industry
Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs
Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
Ability to provide reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work fast and multi-task, keeping your "head on a swivel" in a high-volume environment
Ability to provide excellent customer service for every and all tables in the restaurant
Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service, and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment.
