Complete daily opening and closing side work and check out with the closing server prior to leaving. If assigned to the closing server, ensure all side work tasks have been completed by all other staff before leaving and checking out with the closing manager on duty. Immediately alert the manager(s) on duty of any complaints or service issues during service so they may be resolved. Attending mandatory training classes when provided. Stay present on the floor continuously throughout the shift and be available to assist other servers in all capacities as needed during service. Engage in food/wine discussions during pre-shifts and have strong menu knowledge. Be able to answer all menu questions that might be asked by a member. Knowledge of all events happening throughout the club daily and be able to assist a member to a designated area if needed. Adhere to uniform standards set by the Club.
