Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: * Greets guests with a smile and friendly welcome * Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as cigarettes and cigars to guests with fast, fun, friendly and focused service * Responsible for having extensive knowledge of all applicable menus and products * Performs steps of service in a hospitable and professional manner according to standards set by FOH team * Tenders all guests transactions to cash, comp, coupon, credit card or ticket as prescribed by the outlet * Sets-up and breaks down according to established outlet procedures * Poses for pictures with guests, as requested * Attends social events and is available for public appearances * Promotes upcoming venue events Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: * Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the outlet * Assists the Bartender, as needed * Performs opening and closing duties Minimum Education and Qualifications: * Experience in bartending or serving cocktails in a full service restaurant, lounge or showroom/nightclub * Outgoing personality, well groomed with a special or unique talent for entertaining guests (i.e. dancing, singing, etc.) * Previous experience in modeling or in a position interacting with the public Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: * Excellent communication skills * Excellent knowledge of operational policies with regard to hours of operation, types of menus offered, restaurant concepts and marketing programs * Thorough working knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shut off procedures * Skilled in proper tray handling, ordering and garnishing of all beverages Training Requirements: * Outlet-specific standard operating procedures * SMART alcohol awareness Physical Demands and Work Environment: * Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, low lighting and loud music and noises * Must be able to bend, stand and stretch for extended periods of time * Must be able to lift full beverage trays up to 30 lbs. * Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions * Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
