CRITICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES Expert level of knowledge of all the features, benefits, and performance characteristics of Rotochopper product line. Possess excellent communication skills and strong negotiating skills. Electrical system, mechanical and drivetrain, hydraulic system and diesel engine diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Must have good mathematical skills with good business acumen. Must have an enthusiastic, personable phone presence. Self-driven and works collaboratively with others. Exceptional organizational skills and must be very comfortable in a high-paced environment where multi-tasking is the norm. Must be respectful, and always keeps a professional demeanor, capable of managing conflict. Must be a results-oriented individual with a clear focus getting the job done. Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for assembling electronic units. Computer Skills: Proficiency with Excel, Word required, and NetSuite preferred. Ability to exhibit Rotochopper's values of fairness, generosity, and harmony. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum five (5) years or more of customer service experience is preferred. Ability to read and follow intermediate measurements, schematics, and technical documentation. Class A CDL is preferred or must have the ability to obtain or carry Class A CDL and DOT health card, with a clean driving record. WORKING CONDITIONS Working conditions include office and professional as well as work including industrial environments as well as outside temperatures and all-weather conditions. Ability to travel 10-15% of the time to customer sites. Rotochopper is an EOE employer.
