Founded in 1976, SanCasT provides ductile and gray acicular and iron castings. It provides prototyping on-site heat treating and international shipping services.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the SanCasT group, you will be responsible for General performing a variety of manual tasks to support overall operations. This may include lifting, moving, and transporting materials and equipment as needed. General laborers also assist with basic maintenance and cleaning duties to help keep the work environment organized and well-maintained. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. General laborers play an important role in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support the efficient functioning of the organization. Other duties may be assigned as required to meet the needs of the business.

We are looking for a talented Material Planning Team Manager to join our team specializing for our Accelera Business Unit in Columbus, IN. This is a hybrid role and will be expected to be onsite 2-3 days/week.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
To plan and maintain daily supply chain operations for critical suppliers or customers in materials, production, inventory, logistics, customer service, demand management, or order fulfillment. Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met. Mentor and coach material planners.
Achieving and continuously improving customer service levels, and/or managing inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand within the Supply Chain.
Manage the daily operational processes for a critical segment of the supply chain.
Eliminate potential supply chain failures as part of the daily planning process.
Lead cross functional stakeholders to develop and implement short and mid-term tactical improvements.
Ensure common processes are being utilized and internal controls are in place.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Materials Planning System Utilization - Uses the materials planning system to manage supply and demand plans taking long-term corrective action on exception messages and other alerts based on root cause analysis; occasionally refers to ad hoc tools such as Excel, Access, TOAD, OMS, etc. in performing problem solving, while leveraging the materials planning system as the primary tool in day-to-day operations.

Role Definition
This position will support complex technical product problem resolution with Caterpillar Dealers to ensure customers receive the product performance, reliability, durability and availability expected as part of the CAT brand promise. The incumbent will provide on-site support for the full range of diesel and gas electric power product and systems including generators, controls, cooling systems, enclosures and balance of plant. Responsibilities

Who will you be working with?
Responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on switcher and local locomotives. Must be able to perform duties while adhering to company safety standards and all applicable local, state and federal rules regarding locomotives maintenance and repair.

• Completes all maintenance functions in accordance with established procedures, policies, and safety regulations.
