This position is primarily responsible for producing wort and maintaining brewing equipment and facility. Primary Job Responsibilities: * Complete brewing process in a safe and efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to, milling, mashing, and lautering, wort boiling, cooling and transferring to Storage vessels.

Position Highlights:
This position will support a ‘volunteer days' partnership as a member of the core planning team. The core team is responsible for securing service projects for our corporate partner, communicating extensively with Lion and partner leads on project coordination, and ensuring event execution is seamless. Other duties include but are not limited to registration data extraction and analysis, ensuring service project logistics are thoroughly defined and on schedule, and managing post-event reporting compliance.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a project coordinator and communication lead for assigned geographic areas: answer questions from project email box, phone calls, and registration inquiries, support partner site captains and Lion hosts, ensure post-project reports are complete.
Event management: Coordinate operational logistics with Lions, partner site captains, or host venue to assess project capacity, duration, project preparation, and on-site event flow.
Extract, compile, and manipulate quantitative data from registration system and past projects for registration updates, partnership reports, presentations, and grant maintenance.
Collaborate with LCI marketing team on landing page, social media posts, marketing collateral, and other partner engagement opportunities.
Participate in weekly project updates via conference calls with internal team and partner.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment, enrollment, and intake of the assigned number of group members; engage in canvassing and other recruitment activities assigned; assist in developing and implementing community relations strategies.
Responsible for ensuring that recordkeeping and reporting systems are maintained in an up-to-date and accurate manner, and consistent with agency standards; track and record group members' progress consistent with CYC's outcomes matrix and ETO database procedures.

Requirements
