Position Summary:

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Summer Day Camp staff at Ozarks Regional YMCA ensures that childcare programs meet community needs including supervising children, implementing existing program activities and meeting its intended goals. This is not babysitting! The position involves actively engaging with children, teaching, creating and openly communicating. All required training is provided.
