In my role as Chief Global Solutions Officer of Volt, I’m charged with developing and executing the company’s global solutions strategy across North America, Europe, Asia and India. This includes executive leadership of Volt Consulting Group (Volt’s MSP), Design Technical Services, Arctern, Central and Program operations, and the company’s IT and engineering staffing business. I also serve on the Board of Directors at Arctern.Since joining Volt in August 2018 as COO, I’ve overseen a business turnaround that includes lowering our selling, administrative and other operating costs, as well as significant improvements to our sales engine and service delivery.Over the course of my career I’ve been in a leader in IT and technical global staffing, as well as the managed services and outsourcing solutions sectors of the staffing industry. I started at Manpower and advanced through the ranks at Adecco, ultimately serving as a Senior Vice President leading two major business units. In 2009, I became Global President of Yoh Services, where I led a successful business transformation that resulted in returning the business to profitability in one year by improving sales, marketing, and operations. Later, I served as Senior Vice President, Global Program Management at Pontoon, where I was responsible for Global Management Services, RPO and Statement of Work Solutions.
