Incompetent, passive aggressive, and retaliatory supervisors. Toxic work environment.

Nothing.
Management does not want to change, they just expect you to be loyal.
Low compensation for being asked to do your job and the supervisor's job.
Favoritism, tokenism, nepotism.
There are different areas in which you can work. The one on one encounters with patients is incredible.
Benefits are not the best, their health insurance has a high deductible, high co-pays, there is no tuition reimbursement and the pay is low. The CEO does not care about the employees, he only cares about making this a corporation, completely forgetting that HIV is something that affects all humans.
The casual wear.
Nothing, it is a terrible work environment that is chaotic, unorganized and extremely negative.

The medical home model is amazing. Wisconsin is truly leading the way in this epidemic. There are a lot of things that are happening with this organization that is going in great directions.
The health insurance is not good
