As a key member of our Marketing department, the Video Production Specialist will be responsible for creating and producing highly visible Rent Manager video content across multiple platforms, targeting prospective and existing customers.

Responsibilities
Pre-production, production, and post-production of Rent Manager product-related video content, design, and animations
Participation in all aspects of the video production process, including script development, storyboarding, staging, recording, editing, and production
Creation of materials for Rent Manager's target audiences including the integration of engaging and brand-relevant graphics, text, still images, audio- and video-file components
Editing of video and sound for Marketing department projects, as well as operating and maintaining video, audio, and lighting equipment
Regular updates, revisions, and expansions of Rent Manager's video library content
Learn the Rent Manager product line and incorporate that knowledge into our video assets
Work closely with members of other LCS departments to ensure assignments meet those teams' specific needs
Assist in the coordination and distribution of video materials
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in video production, design, or related experience
Creative storyteller with a talent for transforming ideas into compelling visuals
Expertise with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition (or similar)
Motion-graphic animation experience with a design background
Proficiency with design-related programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Lightroom
Experience with green screen, and ability to work with audio editors for enhanced sound requirements
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
Capable of making quick revisions and communicating effectively
