Rhoback is currently seeking a dynamic Video Editor passionate about creating engaging, fun, and high-quality content. This role is focused on creating high quality, engaging marketing assets for social media, TV commercials, and e-commerce while also supporting organic social media content as needed. Experience in commercial work is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all stages of post-production and can translate raw footage in creative and innovative ways that align with Rhoback's brand ethos.
Individual will report to Rhoback's Chief Content Officer, while also working directly with Rhoback's founders and Creative Director. Individual will also work closely with Rhoback's internal creative team & freelance creatives, to maintain an organized library of content. Individual will be an integral member of Rhoback's growing Media House team of creatives who will constantly collaborate to grow as professionals, creators, and continue Rhoback's incredible growth trajectory in media and activewear markets.
This position will be located in-person at Rhoback's Charlottesville, VA headquarters and will start as soon as possible. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Edit marketing assets for advertisement purposes distributed across all Rhoback platforms
Edit short-form & long-form content (scripted & unscripted) for Rhoback's digital platforms
Work with Rhoback's Digital Marketing team to optimize content performance
Manage post-production workflow from ingesting, transcoding, editing, grading, compression, exporting, & final delivery
Maintain an organized library of raw media, projects, and final masters
Assist in curating a music library to be used for Rhoback content that aligns with the brand ethos
Brainstorm content ideas that evoke the Rhoback mantra, “Crave Activity”
Occasionally travel to support live events with quick-turn edited content

Scope of Job
70% - Video Editing & Ideation - Time will be dedicated to editing all World Help video needs and collaborating with freelance videographers on projects/video ideation. Time will also be allocated to organizing video drives and archives to keep up-to-date footage labeled, managing online video platforms such as Vimeo and YouTube, leading all video efforts in virtual events, ensuring program and partner security, and assisting with any video needs Executive Team may have while ensuring best practices are always used and deadlines are met.
